Fresh Ingredients
We source quality ingredients daily, prioritizing local farms and trusted suppliers to ensure every dish meets our bold standards.
Chuys is more than a restaurant — it's a celebration of bold flavors, real ingredients, and the belief that every meal should be unforgettable. Serving the United States with chuy's signature passion since day one.
Our Company Story
Chuys started as a single kitchen with a big dream — to serve food that was unapologetically bold, made from real ingredients, and prepared with genuine care. Founded in the heart of Orlando, Florida, chuys quickly became the go-to destination for anyone who believed that dining should be an experience, not just a meal.
Over the past two decades, we have stayed true to that original vision. Every recipe in our kitchen carries the same passion our founders brought to the very first dish. Whether you're a longtime regular or tasting chuy's for the first time, you'll feel the difference that authenticity makes.
We source our ingredients locally where possible, build relationships with trusted suppliers, and constantly push our culinary team to innovate while respecting tradition. That balance — between honoring roots and embracing the new — is what makes Chuys a place people keep coming back to.
What We Stand For
"To deliver bold, honest food that brings people together and creates memories worth savoring — every single order."
At Chuys, our mission drives every decision we make — from the ingredients we choose to the way we welcome each guest. We believe food is personal, powerful, and best enjoyed in great company.
We source quality ingredients daily, prioritizing local farms and trusted suppliers to ensure every dish meets our bold standards.
Every plate leaving our kitchen carries the heart and skill of a team that genuinely loves what they do — and it shows in every bite.
Chuys is rooted in community. We support local events, partner with neighborhood businesses, and give back because it's the right thing to do.
From prep to plating, we never cut corners. Our quality standards are high because our guests deserve nothing less than exceptional.
